How Bob Built His Dream Team
Bob loved adventures, but he never expected one to lead him straight to Robert Kiyosaki. It all began when Bob decided to celebrate his MLM success with a trip to the United States. He landed in Las Vegas, hoping to unwind and find new inspiration.
Instead of heading to the casinos, fate had other plans. At a hotel lobby, Bob spotted a familiar face. Sitting casually with a cup of coffee was none other than Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Without hesitation, Bob approached him.
“Robert? I can’t believe it’s you!” Bob exclaimed.
Kiyosaki looked up, smirked, and gestured for Bob to join him. Their conversation started light but soon veered into the serious business of building a sustainable MLM venture.
“You’re doing great if you’re already earning passive income,” Kiyosaki began. “But do you know what separates a good MLM leader from a great one?”
Bob nodded eagerly, sensing a life-changing lesson was coming.
“A true leader doesn’t just recruit people. A true leader teaches their team to become leaders themselves. MLM isn’t about sales—it’s about education. Invest in your people’s knowledge, and they’ll invest in your business.”
Bob pondered this. He realized that he’d often focused on numbers, forgetting there were real people behind them.
Kiyosaki continued:
“Second rule: Build a system that works without you. You can’t just be part of the machine; you need to be its architect. If your team can operate independently, you’ve truly succeeded.”
Bob grinned.
“I think I’m doing that already. My system brings me income even when I forget to pay my internet bill!”
Kiyosaki laughed.
“That’s great, but add a little oversight. Without structure, even the best systems can fall into chaos.”
As their conversation wrapped up, Kiyosaki scribbled three words on a napkin: “Teach, Inspire, Empower.” Bob folded the napkin, thanked Robert, and left the café with a fresh plan for his business.

Returning home, Bob felt like a new man. Kiyosaki's words echoed in his mind. He immediately organized an online meeting with his team to share his newfound wisdom.
“Friends,” he began, looking into the webcam. “We’re doing great work, but I’ve realized we can do even better.”
The team watched him with curiosity. Bob started explaining how important it was to teach partners not just to earn money but to build their own teams. He unveiled a new plan where every partner gained access to educational resources, video courses, and regular experience-sharing meetings.
“We’re not just selling a product,” Bob said. “We’re creating leaders.”
The new approach worked wonders. Bob’s team became more effective. One of the newcomers, Lena, brought in as many clients in a month as the entire team used to attract together. Bob couldn’t hide his pride.
“Lena, you’re living proof that proper training works miracles,” he told her during their next meeting.
But Bob wasn’t stopping there. He remembered Kiyosaki’s second rule: build a system that works without you. He began automating processes, designing templates for client communication, improving his sales funnel, and implementing chatbots to support partners.
One day, Bob checked his account while sitting at his favorite café. The balance was so impressive that he initially thought it was a mistake.
“Is this a joke?” he muttered, staring at the numbers.
“No, it’s the result,” he told himself, smiling.
Now his system was generating more income than ever before. Inspired, Bob decided to organize a team retreat to celebrate their successes.
During one of the outings, the team hosted a “story night.” Lena, Mark, and even Lisa shared their triumphs. At the end of the evening, Bob took the floor:
“You know, this year has been incredible for me. But the most important thing I’ve learned is this: our success isn’t just about money. It’s about people who believe in themselves and are ready to grow.”
The team burst into applause, and Bob felt like he was truly on top of the world.
