How I Sponsored 24 Reps In Under 3 Weeks

One of my "big" accomplishments in my MLM career, was the time I sponsored 24 reps in 20 days.

Now this was before I had a website, knowledge, or even MLMgateway (I was still a rookie).

So, it did indeed send me to a new level, and was the start of a long career ahead, of many new things and ideas.

But, what you want to know, is how I did it. So, let me share with you the most important factor of how I was able to pull it off.

The Non-Stop Prospecting

First off, it would not be possible to sponsor 24 people into any business if you are not prospecting, and talking to new people.

I used genealogy leads to make this happen, and found that genealogy leads worked much better than purchased "home biz" leads.

I called, and called, and called a few more.

I wouldn't stop dialing people until the day was over. I just kept on calling new numbers until I finally got someone on the phone.

From there, I used no scripts. Not knowing what I would say until I got on the phone with the new person. I didn't come out and go for the pitch, but instead talked to the person on whatever would come to mind (stayed on an MLM subject)

So if you call enough people, you will be able to sponsor a lot. But there was one other factor involved for this amazing ratio.

The Deadline

Yes.

Having a deadline was a big factor in the massive sponsoring.

The prospect had to make a decision to join my team by a certain time, or they missed out on a huge benefit.

That benefit was having people already placed under them to give them an extra incentive after joining.

Without the deadline, or a day to no longer be able to take advantage of something, the numbers would grow smaller. Never stopping the prospecting, keeps people joining. But having the deadline, gets larger numbers in much faster.

Fast Forward To Today

Now, I knew I would join any company if I like their products.

I know I will be able to sponsor people into any style MLM.

So the day I can find a good paying company, that can provide me a "Deadline" or "Sense Of Urgency" I could powerhouse my way to even more success.
