We spread the love to 100% of our Members in the form of higher commissions throughout the compensation plan. While some companies pay 25% in the Matrix and give the rest to the top 1%, we pay 50% in the Matrix and offer that to EVERYONE. We take that car bonus money and instead, pay out 80% - 90% of all monthly subscriptions back to you in commissions. Everyone wins, and you can go buy your own car when you are financially ready. As for big Founders packs and $1500 product packages? Large product packages are GREAT for people that want to retail or have physical meetings and home events. They are more than just great; they are a must; HOWEVER, creating a team environment and system focused on pushing these packs on everyone that joins for the ONE purpose of creating larger commission checks as social proof that "Big Money" can be made over here is just greed and nonsense. It's a win/lose proposition in the end. The proof is that companies like that have no higher retention than any other company in the industry, and their average income statements prove that the same Small earnings for 95% of everyone that joins as a distributor are no higher than anywhere else.

**Compression Strategies:**

We calculate commission checks using standard compression and dynamic compression. Quick insight into MLM compensation plan creation strategies. When a compensation plan is designed, a specific natural failure rate is assumed; however, a certain forced failure rate is also REQUIRED to maintain the compensation plan integrity over time. One easy way to explain this is that if everyone that joined a network marketing company made it to the very top of the compensation plan, the majority of companies would collapse instantaneously. Why? Because to create all the extra pools, bonuses, trips, and incentives to make the program look more exciting and attractive, the compensation plan is designed to pay out MORE than 100%. From there, companies add difficult qualifiers and hoops to jump through for distributors to reach the next rank, guaranteeing failure for most and keeping most distributors stuck at a specific rank. This ensures that not everyone will get to the top, and it ensures that the company will not have to pay the full amount the comp plan was designed to pay, and they stay healthy. With Xcelerate's compensation plan, if every member hit the rank of Ambassador all at the same time, we would still be 100% safe and healthy because our compensation plan was designed from the very beginning knowing that we were not going to offer any of the fluff pools, and we were not going to take from the bottom to feed the top. We built this compensation plan with expectations that everyone will win so designing it any other way was not an option. Dynamic Compression ensures near 100% payout of the commissions promised and very little breakage to the company. If one Member does not qualify for a commission due to rank or being inactive, then the software finds someone that is and pays the commission out. The commission does NOT go back to the company.

**No Personal Volume Requirements ** We require your monthly membership subscription of $20 and that's it. Buy products that you use and consume when you need them and on a voluntary basis. Unheard of, I know!!!

**Matrix Structure:**

The 3 x 10 Matrix is more like a speed limit, kind of a "suggested" structural restriction. Yes, we are restricted to 3 front-line (First Level) positions, and that is fixed and can't change. However, the 10 levels deep only applies to one of our 5 bonuses, the matrix bonus, and even that bonus pays out far deeper than 10 levels because of our dynamic compression feature. The other 4 bonuses are based on Sponsor Tree and not Matrix Tree, and therefore, which level the bonuses start to pay on is unlimited.

If you sponsor someone new and they land on level 1 in the matrix, the compensation plan will pay the exact same as it would if your new member landed on level 100.
