It's a great time to join Color by Amber! With fewer than 2,000 stylists in all of North America, we are an up and coming company with lots of room for growth. There are states that have fewer than 10 stylists!
Color by Amber is an eco friendly jewelry company. Our handmade jewelry is made from 40% recycled materials and embedded inside are various elements from around the world - from leaves and grasses to upcycled denim and handwoven textiles, even handmade paper and repurposed fishing nets. We work with artisans in developing countries to create the unique materials preserved inside our ecoresin jewelry. We help to empower women in remote areas of Pakistan, Nepal, Mexico, Peru, India, Senegal, Morocco, and more. The artisan communities we work with often don't have access to sustainable sources of income. We not only purchase their materials at above fair-trade value, but we also have initiatives set up to give back to the communities. Through our Full Circle Foundation we help provide literacy training, midwife training, seeds for organic gardening, breakfasts for school children in remote ares of Peru, and developing micro-savings programs in Senegal and Mali. Our work with our artisans is the heart and soul of Color by Amber.
We are also committed to protecting the earth. Our facility is waste-free and carbon neutral. We do our part to create a sustainable product that is kind to our environment. Our ecoresin is made from 40% preconsumer recycled plastics. It is lightweight, doesn't snag your clothing, is affordable, and beautiful.
