Five thousand years ago, a group of ancient traditional healers and physicians came out with this word AYUVEDA which was coined from Ayu or Ayush meaning longevity and Veda meaning Wisdom and Knowledge of life.

In Sanskrit, AYUVEDA means the science of life. It is a holistic form of health practice that involves the mind, body and spirit. It encompasses diet, lifestyle and exercise which is considered a very essential and integral means of attaining good health. AYUVEDA truly honours the individual, so one regimen or protocol for one inddividual will not be the same for all individuals.

Ayuveda originates in ancient India and infact the classical test are actually written in the ancient language of Sanskrit. Ayuveda is the mother and oldest of all healing science also practiced in Tibetha and Egypt. It has survived thousands of years of various rules, regulations and struggles in India. Thankfully Indians has preserved this science and now spreading all over the world rapidly. So the question is why do you choose Ayuveda when there are so many options available.

Firstly, ayuveda truly embrasses the individual uniqueness and believe that each individual is born with his own peculiar constitution which is a combination of various various energies and qualities because of this no two individuals will have the same regimen (process, protocol, procedure or combinations).

Secondly, Ayuveda takes into consideration the MIND that is managing the MAN (body) and the mind is the consciousness. That means ayuveda concentrate on self awareness and this is very powerful and so important because you can through the Ayuvedic wisdom and knowledge take total control of your day to day feelings and quality of life.

Thirdly, Ayuveda is based on quantum science broader and larger views of human biology. Science see with the same five senses the microcosm but this can only reveal about 5% of the visible truth while ayuveda takes on the 95% from the macrocosm perspective revealing of course in a broader dimension the larger reality.

Fourthly, Ayuveda focus on prevention. It addresses the underlying issues that accumulates and resulting in your not feelings so well, in doing so ayuveda handle the real causes instead of full list of symptoms.

Moreover, ayuvedaism is truly intuitive, it is based on nature and it has to do with balance and constitution. Orthodox medicine wants you to believe that there are pills for every ill but ayuveda says there's ill from every pill. If it is not natural, then it is not from nature and if it is not from nature then wait for side effects which will always be more costly than treating the first condition.

Ayuveda says, know the patient, Orthodox medicine say know the disease, know the drug, forget about the patient.

Ayuveda mindset is know the patient- You know the Ayuvedic protocol and procedure which gives you a better and enduring results without treatment with Orthodox medicine. Ayuveda know from her ancient wisdom that the mind is the seat of all disease and that healing start with the mind of the individual first before it itches in the body.

Ayuveda ancient physician said, "I do not know what cancer cell is because they look like normal cells and in attempt to kill the cancer cells, I kill the normal cells, so how do I save life without nature? Is it by prescribing blindly killing substance to fight cancer?"

Ayurveda like the quantum doctor believe that the human body is a closed system. Closed system in the sense that the human body has an in-house doctor called the immune system that has the power to treat and restore health to the human biology and with the resident doctor in the house and in the closed system, the body do not need external interventions to treat or heal symptoms. Ayuvedic science of the ancient healers treat and heal through the in-house-doctor within the close system by harmonizing and balancing the human body chemistry through nature's way and protocols.

Ayuveda say do not make money in the sick room. Orthodox medicine say create fear around the diseased and let's market our drugs and make money in the sick room.
