4th Quarter Recruiting in Your MLM Business

It's almost that time of year again: the 4th quarter. If you are a network marketer, this is the best time of year to recruit new reps.

People are in the holiday spirit, they feel good, and many of them are looking for ways to make more money, improve their health and have a better quality of life.

The 4th quarter includes the months of October, November, and December. Speaking from personally experience, these three months are typically my best months of the year in my business when it comes to sales, team volume, team growth, and new recruits.

4th Quarter Recruiting in Your MLM Business

If you want a successful 4th quarter, you need a game-plan ahead of time. You must be proactive. Now is a great time to do any of the following things:

# 1: Plan Out a 90-Day Blitz

If you were going to do a 90-Day Blitz, the best time to do it is in the summer, so you create momentum PRIOR TO the start of the 4th quarter. The second best time to do a 90-Day Blitz is in October, November and December.

Get with your successful upline and come up with a game-plan to do a 90-Day Blitz. Invite a few of your team members to participate with you.

# 2: Start Advertising

Need more leads? Start ramping up your advertising NOW. Identify websites, newspapers, magazines, online sources and different places to advertise over the next few months. Figure out their rates ahead of time. Set up a schedule of when you need ads to come out, what the ads should say, etc.

Scale up your marketing budget. If money is tight, consider the next option.

# 3: Set up a Team Advertising CO-OP

Since you're going to be doing a big advertising campaign, why not set up a Team Advertising CO-OP? Pool together your money with other team members, so you can leverage your efforts and place even more ads. This is a win-win for everyone.

# 4: 10x Your Activity

The next thing you can do is 10x your activity. This is known as the 10x Rule. I learned about it from Grant Cardone.

Basically, if you are currently prospecting two people per day, you start prospecting 20 people per day during these next three months. This will create a surge of new prospects, customers and distributors in your business.

The real reason you want to advertise and do the 10x Rule is because you want to FILL UP your PIPELINE with hundreds of qualified prospects.

# 5: Plan Out Your Holiday Shopping

If possible, give away your company's products and services as holiday gifts. Teach your team how to do the same thing. This might not work for everyone on your holiday list, but if you put some thought into it, I know you will identify several people you could do this with.

Bonus Tip: Parties

This is the party season. If your business can be built with home parties, now is the time to do it. This can lead to a ton of retail sales, referrals and new reps for your business. Take out your calendar and book as many parties as you possibly can.
