He has explained cash quadrants , where Both Employee and Self employee are working for money , i.e earning active income , where time is money. If they stop working , then there is no income.
While Business owners and Investors are making money work for them .
For business owners they Have system ready for them to work for them. That system employ best consultant and get their required return . They need system which can be repeated or duplicated as much as possible to multiply the returns. This helps the owners/investors to leverage on others time and money . They use other people money . Same as Mc donald Franchise . Repeat the process so every time that give same burger . does not matter who do that.
For example:
YOU buy a house , you may think it is a asset , but as per Robert it is liability for you because it is taking money from your pocket , but it is assets for Bank , which is generating income to bank.
As a regular employee , people will work for money , earn and pay their mortgage for their life time to own that house . That means they are trapped in rat race , they cannot get out of mortgage or life style or job . This is we called RAT RACE.
A RAT RACE is an endless, self-defeating, or pointless pursuit. It conjures up the image of lab rats racing through a maze to get the "cheese" much like society racing to get ahead financially.
The term is commonly associated with an exhausting, repetitive lifestyle that leaves no time for relaxation or enjoyment.
If you want to become rich , then you need to think link rich and successful people . What a rich person will do if he in same situation as you are in. Even Bill gates commented , if he is asked to start again , he will select network marketing , he knows , he can achieve same result quickly with network marketing.
