NO MORE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS - 67 YEARS YOUNG!

Okay - I am 67 years young - retired over 2 years ago.  Retirement is not for me - there is still too much for me to do!

For 3 years I have suffered 24/7 with chronic right knee pain.  As I am not with a private health fund, in the Queensland system my doctor has advised that the hospital will not do a knee replacement until I am 70 - ugh!!  I have been hobbling around like a 90 year old woman!  Also have a pinched nerve in my lower left back - excruciating pain!  I was on Endone and Targin for a long time but I finally dumped them several months ago as all I wanted to do was sleep - these drugs are highly addictive.  Also more recently stopped taking anti-depressants - been on them 27 years - way too long for my body beautiful to be ingesting chemicals!
