Hi.I'm a sales representive for a financed building company called Innovative Remodeling Solutions.we sell building material and home improvement on account no deposit.6 to 60 months to pay.you can choose your own affordable installment and labour included if home improvement(Wendy houses ,nutec homes,built in cupboards,carports, laminated flooring, vibracrete as well extention to it.,tiling ,paving,plastering,vibracrete structures, coiling ect.

We also build with homes with vibracrete of your choice

Sand,cement,flooring,roofing, timber,doors,stones,paint,bricks,windows baths,ect,..anything and everything a normal hardware sells

For the building material: (we do not supply labour or build-and we do not draw building plans)

Only with home improvement,...labjour is included in your monthly installment (installment has material; delivery and labour included)

Our building are 90°interior /140 exterior /190 exterior and all our block are cavity blocks to keep dampness out

Ceiling boards are rhino boards and knottypine boards

Sand type are phillipi sand and malmesbury sand

Quaulifying criteria is as follows :  6months permanent worker/newest 3 month bank statement/newest payslips (weekly 4 ;Forthnightly2;monthly 3)/ Copy of your ID(both sides, if smart card identity document) :/ must get paid electronically ; 21,to 65,years of age and must be a South African citizen

All documentation are signed at the office if u do qualify to open an account with us and can get credit... as well as quotation is discussed atthe office with my manager by appointment set.

If u wanna build at your house or perhaps needs home improvement of any kind whatsoever but has no capital to do so,we here for you and will gladly assist...remember it's on account,no deposit!
