Be Part Of A Motivated Team

Isn't it funny that from the time that we were children, we were mostly encouraged to learn and BE independent  (self-reliant). Yet  here  as  we  move forward  in our professional  lives many of us may find that it actually  does  not  work  out  as  well  as  our  parents  intended.

We may want to explore some of the alternatives that actually make our search for business success and satisfaction even more efficient and effective. Inter-independence is both the combination of being independent  while  also  being  inter-dependent. 

Even if you look and only examine the contemporary phenomenon of social media  now  a days, you  will  find that  we  always  depend  on  others and  their  input, advice  and  information.  It  is now a matter of the “you” and the “me” that are becoming less  important  and  the “we”  is now becoming  the  emphasis.  In order  to achieve  your  goals  more efficiently and effectively,  it  has become more important  to  work WITH each  other  and  HELP  each  other,  rather  then  doing  it all  on  our  own.

The  company  I am associated  and  partnered  with regards  the  dimension  of  helping  others  as  so important,  that  they  have  incorporated  it  into  it's  mission  statement.  In  today’s  new  economy,  even for a small business owner ,  independence I believe  is a myth and self-reliance is  nothing  but a bad strategy. I am an “independent business person”, however I am totally reliant and welcoming to other independent  business  people  with  whom  I  work,  and are doing their job to help me so that I can achieve my  goals.

We all love what we do, We all believe in what we offer, We all strive for success.
