Hey Everyone! 

After yo-yo dieting for several years I finally took my health into my own hands in November of 2019. For years I would take prescription meds to lose weight, but then gain it back once I stopped taking the meds. I tried counting points, buying prepackaged meals (high in carbs, sodium, or chemicals for preservation) and it would work for a little while, but I wasn't LEARNING anything. 

I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. After a huge meal on Thanksgiving of 2019 I cried. I felt like a slob and I looked like one too. I was failing as a mother by not teaching my children how to be healthy, physically or mentally. I would eat my feelings of sadness or anger which were caused by external sources. Eliminating those external issues from my life I found myself in a much better state of mind. I was ready to make changes in my physical health for good!

During the first part of 2020 while my husband traveled extensively I started studying benefits of low carb lifestyle, Intermittent Fasting lifestyle, and the need for physical activity in our bodies at any age. I also completed an internationally accredited program to become Certified Nutrition Coach. I implemented my findings and education to lose 80 lbs! WOW! I felt so amazing that I wanted to help others learn how to live healthier too, not just find immediate gratification. People need to relearn how eat healthy and be active in order to make it a lifestyle and not a temporary fix. 

I began my own Nutrition Coaching business in 2020. My website is www.noruleshealth.com and I LOVE what I do! In January on 2021 I teamed up with Beachbody to bring my Clients the opportunity to have On Demand workouts, the BEST nutritional shakes in the world, amazing supplements, AND a fantastic community of likeminded people!
