I joined Younique after I had a motorcycle accident. I was the passenger on April 18, 2015 when we crashed causing me to fly off the motorcycle and hit a yield sign with my body and then landing on big rocks. I broke my pelvis in two, my tailbone, my L5-L1, my left femur, cut my intestines in three place, cut my spleen, and ripped my right urtherer. At the accident scene, I had God visit me. I felt the most perfect comfort, temperature, light, and heard the most perfect voice. He said it's okay and moved the driver from where he was far away right to my side in no time and said again it's okay. He left and I felt no pain and was very calm. I was air lifted to the hospital where I had multiple surgeries, 12 blood transfusions, and therapy. After a long stay in the hospital and rehabilitation hospital, I went home and had home therapy for months and then outpatient therapy for months. I had to have more surgeries relating to the injuries from the accident. I will never be able to work. I live in pain, have PTSD, anxiety, depression, and complications from the accident daily but I am alive and I can walk. I do question why God saved me (because I am a sinner) but I know He must have a plan for me. Maybe that plan is to help women and empower them. I am a single mother of four and know how hard it is to raise children on your own. I know how hard it is to be on your own and lonely. I know how hard it is to just get through the day sometimes.
