Oriflame are producers of cosmetics, fragrances and skin care products and have been successfully retailing for the past fifty years. After trialling some of their products, I signed up to become a Consultant and have enjoyed many new products since.

As an Oriflame Consultant you can earn between 20 - 35% commission on all sales. The company offers achievable incentives during every catalogue period. I also offer team incentives. These incentives are not mandatory, they are just there to give those that want a target something to aim for.

I have spaces available on my team for anyone who is a resident of either the UK or ROI and is aged 18+. This is a commission based, work from home opportunity. You will be responsible for your own taxes and self employed status etc. If you try this opportunity and decide it is not for you, you are free to stop at any time.

As a Team Leader I encourage my team to ask any question they may have, no matter how silly they think it may be. I have a team group set up to provide support, tips and any relevant company information that is passed to me from the Regional Manager.

There is no fee to become an Oriflame Consultant and you can work both on and offline. The company provides you with a free dashboard, free online beauty store and a free e-catalogue. If you choose to work offline starter packs are available from as little as £3.85.

When I first started as an Oriflame Consultant, I utilized Social Media and the free online catalogue, and the personal beauty store when they were released. Oriflame gives you the ability to personalise the URL for both the online beauty store and the online catalogue so people know it's you they are buying through. 

As with all retail companies, you will need to put time, effort and some investing into building and maintaining a customer base. You need to be consistent so your customers get to know you and know that you will be a reliable Consultant for them to shop with.

I offer help to all my team where I can, be it answering questions, contacting customer services or helping get started on Social Media. I encourage my team to share tips and ideas, as what may not work for one consultant may be just what helps another.
