Helping hands international plan and strategy

Helping hands international is an NGO that offers empowerment oppurtunity to the less privileged people.
So generally we donate money to these people, so helping hands international known as h2i has come up to empower such kind of people.
Here, you become a h2i partner by a small donation of 40$ to the organization.(This amount is used just for the empowerment purpose). So simultaneously you are donating and becoming a member in the social service committee.  After this donation you will be registered and an account will be created for you with inbuilt ewallet for instant deposition of your bonuses. Don't worry , no need to sale any product. This is completely a service based program. Some of the services provided by h2i are as follows:

COMPENSATION PLAN:

There are 6 stages and you enjoy the benefits of being a partner based on the stage you are:

Stage 1= Associate
Stage 2= Master
Stage 3= Super master
Stage 4= Minister
Stage 5= Prime minister
Stage 6= Trustee

So when you become a partner by donating 40$ you become an "ASSOCIATE PARTNER" and you can have an e wallet with username and password to access your account activity.
In your e wallet you can monitor your transactions and can transfer funds from e wallet to your local banks.

Now, the work which we need to do is to tell other people about H2i and invite atleast 2 people to participate in the program.then you teach the other two to do the same process and the chain grows.(network marketing).

STAGE 1:

You can complete stage 1 if you have 6 members under you. When you get 2 of your friends to become a partner, you get 8$ each on the 2 of themthus making 16$ for both and when they do the same, yippe you completed stage 1.
You get a matrix bonus of 10$ for finishing stage 1, so you get 26$.
So no limit how many direct referrals you make , you get 8$ from everyone and this is called SPILLOVER.

So in stage 1, you have 6 members, thus 8$*6=48$+10$= 58$

So you got 58$ which is more than the amount which you donated.

STAGE 2:
This is the next level. Here we have 5 levels and you earn at each level.

The total matrix bonus which you get after completing stage 2 is 1000$ with some additional incentives like an IPAD or HP laptop (choose either) and a matching bonus of 100$ goes to the person who registered you.

STAGE 3:
