Can I be a good leader and mentor?

Being an entrepreneur most of my life thanks to my family, I am always looking at ways of making money.

Back in the 90's I had the pink car but soon had to end my biz because of a divorce etc. 

Man I wish I would have stayed.  

Early 2000 did the nutritional think with my sister, we did great, bad part she had different ideas than I did so it fell apart.

Oh there has been others along the way. Now understand I am a successful business owner, brick and mortar, that works 60-80 hours a week and I love it.  So you may ask why am I here doing this?  I am turning 53 this April and I am looking at myself in 5-10 years.  I don't want to work this hard the rest of my life.  There is no residual income in what I do....

MLM was the last thing on my mind, trust me.   I live in California and 2 gals from Australia were introduced to me, and yes I stood with  my arms crossed and a stern ground that I will not budge.  

They started with their presentation about the product, I am in the beauty industry with schools on the west coast, and what do you know the product interested me......not the business model..lol

I said let me try the product for 2 days and I will let you know, yes I know a product can not work that fast.

The product did not work that fast but it definitely made a difference.  So my question was, how is this company based out of Texas and you are from Australia showing me?   I have never heard of this product and trust me I have heard of them all.   She said that's why we are here, the company is successful in Australia, Canada, Mexico and Asia.  We are here scouting for leaders because no one in the USA has really taken off with this product.

My mind starts to race.....ground level opportunity?   I searched the internet and found may 1-2 distributors in my immediate area who were not very active.  Searched again..no meetings listed anywhere in the USA... what the heck is going on here?

I took the opportunity and am running with hit.  Why am I so excited?  Because I can truly shine and be an amazing leader, why?  because I don't want rah rah parties. I want true training sessions on real life situations and how to grow as a person.
