How Automating My MLM Business Helped Me Become A Top Recruiter

About two years into my network marketing business, I became tired, frustrated and demotivated.

I did have a team but the difficulty was in keeping my team motivated when they too struggled in their own business.

Most people find it hard to stay in something if they do not see any major results after six months for the most. How could I encourage someone to keep going when there was hardly any significant progress after two years?

This was my dilemma.

What To Do?

I reached out to sidelines to ask what they were doing. I studied top marketers’ YouTube videos and tried to implement what they taught but it all came back to one answer. It was just a matter of talking to as many people as they could.

Maybe I needed to work harder but I always questioned how could I physically speak to so many people in one day? Perhaps I had to be more bold and step out of my comfort zone.

If I wanted success I suppose I had to do it and whilst I began to practise it I became tired. Having long days and nights, trying to hit my goal of speaking and connecting with 100 people in a day is definitely hard work.

There Must Be Another Way

I went and did my own research and looked for a way that was easier and would actually give me more freedom of time.

Because at the end of the day, I started my business for that reason. To get more freedom of time. Not to be spending my day trying to prospect for my business and getting frustrated at the same time.

When I found it, it was a relief.

Automating my business was the best decision I could make for myself.

I realised and learnt that there were tools that you could use to make the whole process of finding people to speak to, inviting them to take a look at your offer, showing them your offer and converting them into buyers, a whole lot easier.

Out With The Old

Maybe the old school methods of network marketing no longer works. Whilst there are some people who are still rocking their network marketing business this way, I know there are others who were like me who want a solution.

I now teach other people how they can find the right people for their business and get their offer in front of them automatically.

After all it is what has helped me recruit over 20 people in a month into my business.

It also helps my team and has been the biggest contributor to my own team’s success.
