Love coffee and helping others? This is for you!
The truth is this is not my first go round in this industry, it’s my third.
The first time, I signed up for the discount. Loved the products (still do), but had no clue what I was doing as far as running a business so I went back to just being a customer.
The second time, I signed up for the discount initially, but I also decided I was really going to make the effort to build something this time. Again, I loved the products (honestly I don’t see how you could promote something you don’t believe in) and I wanted to share them so why not earn something doing it?
I did ok there... I covered my own products and sometimes a little more than that. The problem was my teammates weren’t seeing the same success, and I didn’t see any way to change that.
At that point I had decided I was done. If I couldn’t help my team win, it just didn’t seem worth it.
Then I stumbled across an Instagram post about this “unicorn coffee” from a friend. So I did a little research and saw what it was doing for people, how it was helping, and how simple it was.
I needed something that was going to be simple and that would fit into my crazy, hectic mom life with twin toddlers while working full time!
I needed a system I could easily teach to my team members that they could then duplicate.
I needed leadership that was there to help and support me regardless of how well I was doing.
And I needed a culture that is second to none.
Well I found that HERE.
I started from scratch
No customers
No team
I had no idea if this time would be any different than the last two.
I just knew that I had a truly impactful product that practically everyone uses, the most simple system I had ever seen, and incredibly supportive leaders.
So I ran with it!
I’ve been here just over a year, doubled what I was making at my former company, and I have an incredible team of authentic people who are seeing success as well.
It’s happening!
This isn’t about me. It’s about helping people and helping our team, because if they win we all win.
