I am a professional travel agent with Paycation travel, Paycaiton travel is a leader in the travel industry! They provide excellent training that educates their agents to stay up to date within the travel world! 

Today I'm going to discuss our BEST! what our may involve? how do one know if they are giving their BEST?

Well for me giving my best means assisting my clients or team member to reach their goal(s). My clients often know where they would like to travel but they may not no the requirements on getting there. For examples what airlines goes to their desire travel destination are there direct flights if not how many stops and how long are the layovers.

One of the questions I ask my clients what is your budget? There is a budget and the true cost to get were they want to go. If they tell me cost doesn't really matter than I give them a figure based on my research to let them know the true cost for them to get to there travel destination. With this information the client will either tell me to continue making their travel plans or stop. My BEST is giving them accurate information so they can make a decision instead of me spending hours doing research knowing that the itinerary I provide is out of their budget.

As a travel agent my job is to answer questions before my clients ask them, I believe that this is one key of maintaining a good relationship with them and they will be likely refer their family & friends because of my knowledge of the product.

My team members expect me to be knowledgeable as well but in order for them to be successful I provide them with suggestions as to what books to read and how they can found the the latest webinars that are available within Paycation travel "back office" My goal for my team members is to get them started by encouraging them to use the tools provided by Paycation travel. I want them to be self sufficient so they in turn can recruit others. My BEST is to educate all new recruits so they can grown their business to at least 9 people within their first 60 days. I also work hard with setting the example of using the product of travel.
