Be proactive about your drinking water

in most cases we can probably be confident that our drinking water is safe.  I don't know that any of us really know what is in our drinking water and generally don't give it a second thought.

I didn't until I found Ariix and started watching the product videos.  We all mostly drink bottled water now, and that water is most likely generally safe in most cases.  I certainly don't know much about many of the bottled water companies.

Still, the more thought I gave it after watching the videos on the Puritii water bottle and filter the more it made sense to me to be proactive.  Have you ever heard Darren Hardy talk about the compound effect?  I started giving that concept more thought as well.

We are the result of our daily decisions compounded over time in every area of our lives.  So, you apply that to the water we drink, and I decided I liked the idea of running my drinking water through a filter.

Does that mean that I drink 100% of my water from this water bottle and filter now? No, but it does mean that I try to keep the water bottle close by and drink from it instead of most any other source the majority of the time.

It means that I have more confidence in drinking water from this bottle since no matter where I am I can put water in the bottle and have confidence in the filter.  Sometimes I pour water from a water bottle in there, sometimes it's water from a kitchen sink tap, but it can also be water from a drinking fountain if no bottled water is available.

We are typically going to carry a bag to the gym anyway, and even if you are a professional carrying a briefcase, you could either carry the water bottle itself along with the briefcase or simply carry a backpack of some kind with the water bottle in it.  Either way, filtering our drinking water seems like a good idea to me.

I watched several videos on this bottle and gained quite a bit of confidence in it and the filter.  The way it's designed, the mouthpiece stays covered under a lid, and you don't have to touch the mouthpiece with your fingers.  It's a nice design, well thought out.
