Does Your Business Have A Leader? A Foundation?

When we start our own businesses, we often just Jump right in and hid the floor running...thinking that all we have to do is fake it until we make it... at least for a while anyway... But what most of us experience is that once you hit the ground and get ready to run...you don't know what direction you need to take. 

That is the difference between a Team and a business. Granted, Having an "upline" qualifies that person as your sponsoring Organization, however, they may not have enough with regards to leadership skills in order to motivate you... to train you... to encourage you to move down the correct path..

That is why I ask, Does  Your Business Have A leader? A foundation? You can't build a house without it so what makes you think you can build a business without one as well?

Leaders Take Charge of their organizations. They control it every which way they need to up until it gets big enough to share the responsibility. Owners own, managers manage, leaders lead. 

Our leadership IS our foundation... In the Army, we had an acronym for leadership...and I am sure I could make one for this situation, but the LDRSHIP acronym stands for Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless service, Honor, Integrity, Personal courage... These principles are Integral in the army, and I am Positive they are Just as important in the realm of business as well.. After all, how do you want your leader to be? Like a Leader? Or just someone who happens to be where you want to be... Our Leaders are the Core of our business and the foundation in which we lay our frame work. Without our leadership, the house falls. 

 I am a Veteran Sergeant. And Competence is STILL my watchword. I understand that Failure is a Choice. We only fail when we give up. Consider what failure actually is. A stepping stone toward success. Failing at something just means you missed your mark. So you try again until you hit it. Michael Jordan made hundreds of shots every day and I guarantee he didn't make every single one of them. Just the ones that count.
