Checking on stale customers
Hello everyone,
I wanted to put out an announcement here (and I promise I will talk about LegalShield) to talk about sales in general ... specifically to do with stale customers.
Too many of us, myself included, ignore stale leads, or past customers that haven't ordered in a while. For you that might be 3 months, or it might be 1 year. Check with someone in your upline to find out how often you should expect regular buyers to purchase from you. If you are selling a subion service, I'd recommend 6 months after cancellation, or 6 months after the last time they said no.
DO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMERS ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST.
If someone has requested that you stop contacting them, we need to follow that :)
And keep in mind, this tip isn't just for network marketing, this tip is for every business that relies on customer spending. If you don't call that money it won't come!
Check in with those clients, catch up, remind them what it is that you do. If you contact 5 of those clients tomorrow, you'll likely get a sale ;)
You can see the video I posted about this on my Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/chris.carruthers.790/videos/1362754267173121/
