1. What advertising can / should I switch to AdPaxx?

With AP you can generally switch any advertisement you want. Lately, the entries for traffic share programs, MLM networks etc. are increasing, this is just as much for us as advertising around affiliates, webshops and the like. The only prohibition is advertising which includes violence, racism, drugs, sex, violence-promoting content or child pornography. If an attempt to advertise with this content at AdPaxx, the account of this user is banned without comment and all funds are frozen and reported to the competent authorities of his country. We do not have any fun here! For all other advertisements, our live support is at your disposal!

2. Where can I see my statistics for the advertising packages?

The PayBack bonus is currently displayed in the Promotions menu. Additional statistics about the daily bonus, commissions and deposits / withdrawals will be implemented with the next 2 patches.

3. After login, no login is possible, why?

There may be problems with the standard browser "Internet" for mobile devices that Android has installed as operating system. We recommend that you use a different browser, e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Chrome. Our technicians are already working to solve this problem.

4. Can I pay by bank transfer soon?

Yes, this payment method will be released for all customers in the next 2-3 weeks as we are still waiting for a special access for mass processing of the incoming / outgoing payments. Fees for this payment method have not yet been established. But we tend to be a free model for maximum customer service.

5. Can I pay by credit card?

Again, we can announce - Yes, this payment method will also be available in a maximum of two weeks. The fees will amount to a maximum of 4%.

6. Will I receive an invoice for my advertising packages?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for each purchase. This area for your invoices will be unlocked with the next patch.

7. When can I use the downline service and what is this service exactly?

The downline service is exchanged for an advertising package. This means you buy an advertising package with the addition "Downline Service". This token does NOT participate in the PayBack bonus and can be viewed as a "voucher" for this service. As soon as this service is used, this token expires immediately. The customer then receives a free customer at each level.

Maintenance information

We would like to inform you that we generally carry out a short server maintenance every week on Wednesday between 01-03 clock. During this time the payback bonus will be stopped. After the server reboot, the payback is redirected WITHOUT time / money loss.
