Growing up in a "wellness" household, it was always the "right" thing to do, be skinny, be active, be healthy. Growing up it was so easy as I was involved with sports, always active! Then college came and reality set in. I found out the hard way you cannot eat "everything" you want, when you want and stay "skinny", at least not me! Once you get out of active lifestyle, it is SO hard to get back on board with it. I have tried many different products and workouts (It Works!, Shakeology with Beachbody, Thrive Workouts, Zumba) and a few more. BUT nothing pulled the trigger and made me want to stick with anything. Now let's fast forward 9 years later, married, toddler, couple dogs.
