Let me share some information with you from a personal perspective, from all of my years of being a self-employed entrepreneur (16 years).
When people decide to join a business they should really look at these three things;
Viability, Sustainability, and Passion.
When you begin to understand that these three things play a major role when deciding to build a business; you offer yourself a greater opportunity at achieving your defined success.
Viability; understanding if the marketplace wants or needs the product/service you are looking to promote!
Sustainability; understanding whether the marketplace can sustain the product/service that you are looking to promote over a long-term period of time.
Passion; ask yourself if you can be excited, enthusiastic, or passionate about what you are getting ready to promote.
If the marketplace is large enough for the wants of the many, and the product/service is priced right, and you are extremely passionate about it; then you are headed in the right direction!
