In Search of Business Partners.... In the Beauty Industry
When I say I am blessed by my business I mean it! I have been with LimeLight for 14 months. There are approximately 5000 Beauty Guides in the USA. When companies grow to big and to fast there tend to be issues in their infrastructure. Solving those problems takes creativity and other times the outcome is less than ideal. My point is I have seen companies come and go. Slow and steady seems to be the key.
With LimeLight:
*Amazing Comp Plan
*Reliable income
*Lifestyle/car bonus
*Amazing training by Published Pro MUA's
*My skin is grateful for natural skincare
*No pressure to sell
*A company that listens to its Beauty Guides
*Friendship & Support
*No drama
*No competition
Our mother company is Alcone which is a family owned business and has been around for 60+ years. Previously only available to the professional MUA's for Hollywood and the runway! They have now opened the door for everyone to have access to these products. The cosmetics are Professional Quality Grade and the Skin Care products are chemical FREE, Paraben FREE.... All of out products are Leaping Bunny Certified. We also have a line of eye shadows exclusive to LimeLight from the world renowned MUA Lottie and One Drop Wonder made from the Osage Orange By Todd Johnson.
I absolutely love that our corporate staff and CEO (Michele Mallardi-Gay) is thoughtful and careful about every decision because she knows at the end of the day it has the potential to affect all of our well-being. That is a lot of responsibility and she doesn't take it lightly.
*Rather than push to open our company in other countries, she wants to make sure that we are solid here in the U.S. first.
*Rather than push hard to roll out new products quickly, she chooses quality over quantity.
*Rather than making business decisions based on personal profit, she makes business decisions based on creating a long-term sustainable company. (Her personal "why" is helping women understand, and be paid, their worth.)
*Rather than being in the business of selling our starter kit to people who have no intention to run a business (common practice in many companies,) we are encouraged to scout out legitimate business partnerships.
* Rather than pushing for growth... sometimes slow and steady wins the race, and if you have a similar vision you are in for an incredible long-term journey ♡
