This is achieved through a heat pump unit which replaces two units - boiler and air conditioning. The heat pump provides both heat for the winter and cold in the summer. Heated or cooled water circulating in the internal system of housing at the expense of temperature of ground water. One cubic meter of water, the heat pump extracts heat output 10 KW using process 2,5 KW power of Energy. Essentially, it is a classic reverse refrigeration machine that used both cold and heat. The result: heated to 60º recycled water for heating and chilled to 3-4º ground water. Thus, by groundwater actually uses the thermal energy of the earth, called Renewable Energy.
