All water is not alike! Understand the difference!

Graceful aging is a consequence of our lifestyle. It is up to us how we are aging. You will ask me why I am so interested in finding the best way to age gracefully.

For the last 20 years, I was involved in Senior Care and I realized the challenge of aging when I saw our clients in wheelchairs due to physical limitation, with oxygen dependency having breathing issues, a lot of pain, and a lot of financial difficulties.

•    As I was getting older my health start to decline. I was scared, I did not want to be burning on my son family’s, and I was looking for an alternative solution.

•    I spoke with an osteopathic doctor and he explains when we are getting older the body becomes more acidic, and to keep the alkalinity balance we suppose to eat about 80% alkaline food what is hard. He advised me to focus on hydration because the easier way to improve your alkalinity is by drinking alkaline water. I did not know all the water is not equal, but I pay attention to his advice and I start drinking alkaline water.

I am incredibly happy I had an open mind and I listen to his advice.

•    Changing the water, I was drinking.

1)    My energy increased.

2)    My health was improved.

3)    I was able to help my family, friends who follow my example.

The result of changing the water I was drinking was so spectacular, I started to be curious WHY and HOW hydration is so important to our aging process.  

I learn how dehydrated.

•    affect our circulation.

•    block the nutrients from good food to be distributed to the organs.

•    does not help the toxin from our body to be eliminated.

•    Make the heart work harder because the luck of good water (73% of our heart is water)

I learn more about hydration, I become a health and wellness coach and I start helping people to understand the benefits of good hydration. I love sharing my experience with people around me and I am sorry for everybody who suffers because of bad hydration.  I had years; I can say a lifetime of migraines. It is so enjoyable to live without for the last 6 years.
