Stop The Bleeding

It's the #1 rule of first aid... stop the bleeding.

Why?

Because if you don't keep enough blood in the body, it won't matter what else you do.

The patient will bleed out in time.

The same thing goes for your business.

Every business has expenses... it's unavoidable.

But you can avoid paying more than you have to.

And paying for things you don't need.

How many tools, training and software have you bought?

How many are you still paying for - even though you never use them?

Quit throwing good money after bad.

I know how hard it can be.

I've done it myself, more than once.

In fact, I think it should be a regular part of your business routine.

At least every quarter, go through your expenses and make sure you're not wasting money on unused tools or memberships.

Keeping your business lean will make sure you have your eye on the ball.

Steve Jobs, billionaire co-founder of Apple knew this. In fact, it was the cornerstone to his success.

It was called lingchi, or, “Death by 1,000 cuts.”

There are lots of opportunities online... too many to count.

Avoid death by 1,000 cuts.
