The earn and upgrade part means, when for example you started from preliminary start and earn you are automatically upgraded to the start table!

Now when you earn from the start table, take out 280euro and pay for preliminary main by adding program under your account! No need for new registration you are simply buying another set of gold bars ! You cash out the change and also remember your start table is going for the second cycle and at the same time you will have a preliminary main table! You only need to upgrade to preliminary main table once so you cash out all your start table earning on the second cycle and subsequent cycles

When you complete the preliminary main table you will again be automatically be upgraded to the main order. When you earn on your main table , you use 1050euro from the earning and pay for another higher order called the preliminary vip order.
