Cheap Real-Estate Investment !!!
09/29/2024
Dear Real Estate Investor(s),
The Federal Reserve announced a rate cut, since the pandemic's beginning, bringing it down from 5.25% to 4.75%. This decision by the Fed, after having steady rates, reflects a paradigm shift in monetary policy in response to drastic economic conditions. The rate cut comes with mixed signals. By lowering interest rates, the Fed aims to promote borrowing and spending, which in turn could help maintain economic growth. The decision is seen as a proactive measure to mitigate potential economic downturns and sustain the momentum of the economic recovery.
My name is Tim Tarver, a Real-Estate Investment Broker with 10 years' experience in the field of business. As many of you may know, the government lowered interest rates! Do you know what that means? Cheaper capital! For whom? YOU, the Real-Estate Investors! We know the economy is rough. However, my company can provide you with the cheapest money in the country!
Why Rates were Raised
The main reason the Federal Reserve raises interest rates is to manage overall macroeconomic health, with a particular focus on controlling inflation. (as you may know)
Past Rate Increase
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government printed approximately $5 trillion in stimulus checks to boost the economy and relieve those impacted by the global crisis. While this provided relief, it also led to a significant increase in inflation, driving up the prices of goods and services.
As a result, the Fed decided to raise rates by 25 basis points to cool down rising prices. Did it work?
The Fed continued raising interest rates until the end of 2023. After 11 meetings, interest rates were raised by 25 to 75 basis points each time, totaling 525 basis points, bringing the rate to a 5.25-5.50% range. As a savvy real estate investor, you know the importance of having a ready source of investment capital. It is an ongoing challenge for most experienced investors. This is where I can help.
