First become an AVON Representative, where you can earn £1 for every £4 sold , that's £50 for a £200 order sold to your customers.
You choose your hours and fit it in with your current commitments.
The more you sell = the more you earn.
The second is as a Sales Leader, where you still sell your AVON plus teach others how to sell. Avon will reward you with additional commission payments.
The more people you teach = more AVON sold = the more you earn.

5 STEPS OF BEING AN AVON REP.
1. Deliver books to your territory, show friends and family, take to places you regularly go to like work, share your online brochure on Facebook.
2.Collect your orders allowing a couple of days from the date you left them.
3. Order your products from Avon (phone or Internet).
4. Deliver your orders, bag them up and deliver to your customers.
5. Pay day..after you have delivered your orders and collected payment you pay Avon and the rest is yours.
