A little about us -
Andrea- I am a Nurse of over thirteen years with a passion for health and wellness. I haven’t always been great at putting myself first, but have made a conscious effort to change that in the past year. I am a wife and busy mom of two, ages 3 and 5. I started focusing on gut health and supplementation when I was just getting by each day struggling with energy, mood balance, anxiety, and nightly joint pain. I was crashing when my kids did, did my best to avoid a lot of social events due to anxiety, had elevated inflammatory markers, and I did not feel like I was living in a 30-year-old body! Fast forward and I feel like I have been given a new lease on life! I have my energy back, I no longer have anxiety holding me back, and I feel better in my 30’s than I did in my 20’s!
Jess- I am a Nurse Practitioner with a desire to get the most out of life that I possibly can. I am a busy mom of two, working full-time and also training for triathlons. I struggled for several years with a dislocated jaw from TMJD and chronic pain throughout my body. My level of fatigue was also quite significant and I had critically low lab levels. No matter how hard I tried, I could not find the energy required to do what I love. I finally decided to focus on gut health after I had tried just about every other therapy you could possibly imagine. I now have very little pain in my jaw, no unusual body aches, and have enough energy to be training for triathlons again! Focusing on the root cause has given me my life back.
