DUPLICATION, DUPLICATION, DUPLICATION
If you have been in online marketing for any stretch of time you know that the percentage of success is LOW, there are two reasons for this.
1- people want something for nothing and are not willing to work hard
2- people WANT to succeed but no-one has showed them how- the person who signed them up didn't give them clear steps to follow.
I have had pretty good success Online (but I failed plenty of times before) and I've learned that even if I find amazingly motivated people (even business minded folks) that they don't do a single thing if they don't know what works. So lately I've been going through all my businesses (yes i have a few) and creating step by step systems for my team to follow so they can enroll and earn from the company too.
The first company I did this with was four corners alliance- I found this company about 6 months ago and was immediately drawn to it for it's low cost (one time) and it's simple system. But while I had several people interested, they seemed to be overwhelmed with all the steps and actions that go along with working an online business so while the cost was not a factor, they didn't join.
I needed to make it EASY, so easy that a kid could do it. And it's been so much easier to market now, I'm not just telling them about a cool company, I'm telling them how and where to advertise it so they will make money with it.
and this kind of system can also work as training for other businesses.
Even though I'm providing a system I'm also making myself available to answer questions and give additional advice and instruction. It is important when you create a hands off system (that doesn't NEED you to help to set up and market) that you don't remove yourself completly from the equation because there will be people with questions, and if they don't get answers they may walk away and you may just miss out on a very great team builder.
