I would like to talk to you today about  business cards!  Do you have business cards? Do you use your business cards? Business cards are a great way to communicate with people it can do the talking when you are afraid timid or don't have time.

When I approach people I often start with a smile and what do they do in return they smile back, then they may ask do I know you? I would sometime like this no I don't think so I'am impress with your well behave children or the way you provide great customer service each time I visit the store, office or those cute shoes you have on etc. Its important that your compliments are sincere! Then I would continue the conversation by asking them do they love to travel I'll wait for them to respond I give them two of my business cards and if they want to continue the conversation I know if they want to because they continue to stand there with me I point to my phone number on the business card I just gave them I ask them to text me right now their name and I will follow up with them later.  I now have their contact information and they have mine do you know what will happen when they think of travel? They will think of me even if they no longer have my business cards they now have my contact information in their phone.  

So what information should you put on your business cards? I strongly recommend your picture people like to see who their dealing with I also include my phone number and my email address I keep it as simply as possible.  You can create a business email address and a business phone number I use google for both.

I challenge you to pass out your business cards make it a goal to pass them out today to at least 6 people so that means you will give out 12 cards today remember your giving each person two business cards.  If someone gives you their business card then you give them yours.  Sometime people says you gave me two cards I tell them I gave one for them and the other for a friend.  People have contacted me because their friend gave them my card because that what I asked them to do.   Again, when people think of travel I want them to think of me Hope Graves travel agent.
