UNDERSTANDING WHAT'S IN THE BACK OFFICE
THIS IS WHAT I DID NOT DO!!
Last August I joined the Redox Signalling Molecules. I had my inductory with my Upline and he did an excellent job. As we know that when we join something new, there is a lot to take in. He explained all about the back office and walked me through it all.
At that point in time all I wanted was to order my product on autoship and start finding out what it was all about. About November I received an email from the Companies Office, asking me if I had looked at my Loyalty Reward Points. I thought, yes I'll have a look one day, as I didn't think that they would grow very fast.
Sometime in January my Upline Skyped me to give me some more training. In the course of conversation he asked me if I had visited the Back Office and had a look at my Loyalty Reward Points. The answer was no, but I did mention that I also wanted to get some more gel and try the Skin Care Range. I logged in and he asked me how many points and I as astounded how many, as I had only been with this Comapny for six months. Still not thinking anything of it, as to what I could purchase with it.
The next question was do you want to go shopping? My reply was yes. I picked out what I wanted and got a real surprise that I could buy in bulk and I still had points left, I added to the cart and the next question was, how much are you paying? I got the shock of my life that I was only paying the postage and that wasn't much.
The points worked out to be dollar for dollar. I still can't get over it. Over the excitement I forgot to click on the buy button as I hadn't scrolled down far enough. I waited for a whole week and nothing happened. I phoned for help and definitely hadn't bought anything. I asked the lady to listen while I walked myself through the process and that's when I evenutally found the buy button and she double checked that it had gone through.
