It’s vanilla flavored, and I make it with Vanilla almond milk. It’s very good, like a milkshake. I also purchased the Super Reds powder that I add to the protein powder. The focus 4 is something I purchased as well. I love that it has turmeric and CoQ10. That helps me with my knees. i haven’t had any knee pain since taking it. It also helps with my memory.
