Here's what we do: we go into peoples homes and teach them how to create a financial plan for them based on their goals. We then recommend certain products based on their goals. We start with education first so that the client understands how to reach their goals. We teach how money works, how to invest properly, among other things. The company pays for all your licensing. It is a publicly traded company that believes in helping the middle class since big time investment professionals often overlook them. The atmosphere and energy are like no other. 

How we are compensated: This company has the best compensation plan around. We have six different ways in which we get paid. You are able to build a team of superstars and sit back and collect overrides. If you are more sales oriented, you can make plenty of money that way as well. We train you how to lead a team if you are interested in doing that. You can start off as fast or slow as you'd like. We have all walks of life who have been very successful here. We have former nurses, teachers, engineers, and more who make six figures or more. The coaching will provide you with what you need to succeed. All you have to do is follow it.
