A Networking Deputy Sheriff.

Being a recently retired deputy sheriff in,Bakersfield,California when I was first introduced to MLM needless to say, I was highly skeptical and very suspicious of how people went about doing this business. But after chasing bad people daily, mounds and mounds of paper work and long hours, I sat down with my friend who had been trying to get me into a start up telecom named Excel. I joined the company after he explained what leverage and compound meant and what made mlm illegal.(no service or product offer.) After a very frustrating year with the company and plenty of no's from friends and family, I decided, I would learn how to advertise and ask the questions which would make potential prospects blurt out what their needs were.

The most important lesson I learned very quickly was that people will work with you when they see that you absolutely care about them other than just seeing them as a, possible ATM machine.With the help of my Excel team, I was able to build a winning squad of, 25,000 plus people nationwide and some who surpassed me in earnings which a good sponsor/leader wants his teammates to accomplish.

One of the practices I stay far away from is trying to juggle 1-3 network marketing businesses at one time.People know when I tell them,I'm here to help them win and this is the company I'm representing, it puts them at ease knowing, I"m not going to abandon them because my focus is with other companies. Major teaching points for me with new prospects are:

*Marketing. Online/offline.

*Brand themselves.

*Handling potential prospects questions.

*Leadership........and more.

After a long and very thorough search of a network company from all industries,I settled on the 8 trillion dollar travel industry because research showed me, broke or not people still wanted to travel and enjoy other destinations and just the world in general.Surge365 was my choice because I spoke with reps in the company who had used the travel portal and were getting guaranteed discounts. I was very familiar with corporate executives and thought all the training and compensation were second to none for any networking company.

Unheard of is all I can say and a first. Top producers reach a certain level in the company and a check is wrote to them for a cool one million dollars.I have a goal to get 50 people to that one million!

Last but realiy should be a creed we all live by. Never speak badly of other network marketing companies because when you do, your actually continuing the bad mouthing of the entire industry.
