We are currently seeking Staffing Recruiters. We post post many positions that we are hiring for. If you have a great candidate, you submit them, if they are hired you will receive $250.00. We mainly focus on the trucking industry, but occasionally, seek candidates in the Corporate sector.

We serve the trucking industry which has a huge turnover rate (Bad for companies but good for recruiters). We are very busy serving major trucking companies who have nationwide openings. (We also hire for mid level hiring companies, a separate email with those opportunities will be sent as they become available) 

All recruiters are independent contractors and paid by commission ONLY. They will be sent a 1099 at year end. Commission for hires is $250 (Bonuses are also available for GREAT recruiters) 


Recruiters are responsible for doing their own advertising, It is important to use something that works as ads bring warm leads and your hires. Further the recruiter will need a working computer with excel and word, internet service, and a phone. Recruiters provide the leads, we screen the driver for available positions. If the driver is hired you are paid. We are specifically seeking CDL-A drivers.


Hires defined: First the driver must show for orientation (start day), which consists of drug screen, road test, going over polices/procedures, assigning trucks, and so forth. This usually last about one week and they are confirmed hired upon first day in truck after orientation. As soon as they have that first day in truck, commission is owed (they could resign or get fired the next day and you are still owed—but they have to get to that first day in the truck after orientation for you to be paid).


Payroll: Upon hire confirmation driver will be billed for and payment will be received from carriers within 2 to 4 weeks. Once received by Recruit With Chrissy, the recruiter commission is paid that FRIDAY. Must be alright with the first check being out 2 to 4 weeks from hire date (working on speeding up the pay). Once a pipeline is established successful recruiters can get paid every Friday, just have to keep feeding drivers in daily/weekly. The first one will be the most lagging.

Income opportunity is uncapped, the trucking companies we service will take all qualified drivers we send them.

Activity is the key to success, a number game (the more calls, the more applicants, the more hires). We are not entertaining anyone who works a full-time job and desires to come aboard part time, however we may entertain someone with a part time job that they wish to keep at least until their first check. Preferably seeking someone with a full commitment.
