Not now, Son. Daddy's tired...
FATIGUE: weariness or exhaustion from labor, exertion, or stress (can be physical or mental)
Does this describe YOU..? I never thought it would happen to me but did I ever get a wake-up call..!!
I remember hearing my Dad say this when I was a boy and wanted to play with him after school. I couldn't understand what he did all day that had him so exhausted in the evening. I promised myself I would never say that when I grew up and had kids.
Fast forward many years later, and what do you suppose happened?
I was playing with my son after work one evening. I felt myself running out of gas and I was about to say the very same thing to my son that my Dad told me. The memory of that moment froze me in my tracks. Talk about a reality check!! I knew why my Dad was so tired; I was doing the same things he did, and getting the same results, too. I didn't want to travel down that same path. I knew I had to make some changes, and make them fast.
I spoke to a friend of mine about my challenge with fatigue and she suggested something that might help. I took her advice and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Long story short, I got the boost I needed to keep up with not only my son and daughter but also several nieces and nephews, too. Some are teenagers, others are as young as 4 years of age, even toddlers (about to be 14 months).
If you want to know what my friend shared with me that made such a big difference, just click the link that accompanies this message. You'll see a short video that explains what it is, and how it works: http://bit.ly/2n6sA2p

Everybody's different, so I can't guarantee any results of course. I only can tell about the results I've gotten, and I can say for sure that my children will never have to hear, "Not now guys. Daddy's tired," from me anymore.
