Re New Yourself

    2020 is an amazing year. You have been given this time to re new yourself. How will you do it? 

   My name is Lisa. I have realized that working 40 hours a week is not the only way to pay bills and not always the most fulfilling for  life. I have enjoyed a 30 year career in the medical field and saw how taking care of your body changes your life and how you deal with illnesses. I was injured last year, my job continued without me while I worried about medical bills (some of which insurance paid); I understood recovery would have been easier if I was fit or at least taking care of myself rather than just working.

 I have "Re Newed" my life by starting a fitness program and a health improvement business . It has allowed me to begin the path to better health , self employment and self care. My company produces a homeopathic growth hormone that has helped me through pre-menopause and menopause, better sleep and reduced aches and pains from age. We have also just included Keto products, boosting your body's ability to burn fat. 

  We all only have one body , how do we take care of it?

 You must get a physical and speak to your doctor about what your body needs nutritionally, and if you are able to exercise. 

Nutritionally , this may mean supplements and a diet change.  Do what you have to for better health and for an easier time as your body ages.

Physically find a sport , gym or activity you like. Anything to keep you moving. For me that's dance, a little salsa goes a long way.
