Looking to sell highly successful MLM business/team.

After 25 years in the industry, being in several different companies, seeing and experiencing the good, the bad and the ugly of this great industry, and being in the top 1/2 of one percent of all income earners in every company I've been part of - I am making some life changes. Sometimes we find ourselves at a place in life, where change needs to happen and while perhaps may be uncomfortable, for growth to happen, it is necessary.  

I love network marketing. When it is done right, there is nothing like it anywhere else in the world. It's amazing that you can take a very small monthly commitment, and turn it into an investment that can pay you great returns, as long as you continue to honour and care about the teams of people you are working with. Understanding it has little to do with you - but it is about them - your team partners. Commitment, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, fairness, equality are all words that are not just words to me, but represent a part of who I am. My character.  

For personal reasons, I am looking to sell my mlm business/team. This team consists of over 100,000 people in personally sponsored lines of business. It did over 10 Million US dollars in wholesale sales in 2020, and earned over $250,000 US in commissions in 2020 - yes, this is documented and can be proven.  

It is in health and wellness. So, obviously, you must have a strong believe in natural heath, and a passion to help and empower people towards better health, as well as empowering them financially.

I am not looking to sell to someone who will just ride it, and collect the commissions. I am looking for a new owner for my business that will inspire my team. A new owner that is wanting to build it, add to it, bring value, do training, meetings and zoom presentations. Someone who will lead with their heart. Someone with the mentality that they are a servant leader. Someone willing to pick up where I am leaving off, loving and caring for my team, as I would have done. Must be a builder of relationships.   

Please, no tire kickers. If you don't have experience in mlm team leadership, please do not respond. I'm looking for someone who is serious, and willing to make a serious commitment to my people and my team. They are an amazing team of people. True overcomers - who no matter what life has thrown at them, they are overcomers. Resilient, hard working, creative out of the box thinkers, who believe in themselves, in others, and in this great industry.
