New unique facilitated business network.
It all began when we interviewed just over 200 local businesses about the struggles they have in their business and how they solve those issues. From these interviews came the top 3 issues just about every one of them listed as their main challenges and they included; cash flow, being time poor and where to find the answers to their business challenges.
The first two challenges are pretty straight forward, but the issue for these business owners, was a bit of pot luck to do a Google search and find the right company or consultant that would be able to solve the issues they faced. They had to wade through options of, do we do a website, do we hire a business coach, do we go with this marketing strategy or that marketing strategy etc. And on top of that, each decision cost money, what if that particular solution wasn't what they needed at that time to solve that issue?
This is where the idea for a business resource network was born. Next question was. "How do we sell that?". The answer was to introduce a facilitator to the network. Someone that has only one agenda, to understand your business and find the potential solutions you needed. It also needed to be a low cost proposition to hire such a facilitator.
From those key factors, B2B Solutions for Growths facilitated resource network was created. We connect with service providers that have solutions and answers, we find new technologies that could help, we either create or partner with training options and workshops, and the facilitator builds a lot of relationships to network their way to keep adding value to the network. If there is a solution needed that we don't have, we go and find it. Our opportunities
This structure helps two groups of people, it helps service providers to be introduced to new potential customers and or clients, and it offers support and solutions to those business owners that are seeking help. So by solving the top 3 issues of a lot of business owners, we can help pretty much help any business or project we are introduced to.
The network is designed to duplicate and therefore can take root anywhere around the world, it gives members opportunities to have a level of ownership of the network, it builds communities of business people helping each other and every new member will add value to the network with their particular skills and experience they can contribute.
What we are looking for at this stage is either service providers that have vision and love to network and collaborate, and people who love to network and connect people. We have opportunities for both of these target markets.
