Becoming an Associate Member with FundMyHome.org is FREE and by Invitation ONLY through an existing Associate Member. Your job as done as an Associate once your prospective Home Buyer enters into a Purchase Agreement. FundMyHome.org pays $3,200.00 in marketing fees per transaction paid down between you and 8 levels of overrides ($750 for direct sale and $2,450 in overrides to up-line). Compensation, which are marketing fees and NOT commissions, takes place upon the culmination of the “Property Inspection Period” provided that Home Buyer remains under contract. You will not have to wait until the transaction closes to get paid, and there are never charge backs – even if the transaction on a home fails to close.
