Are you a mom feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and constantly juggling multiple

I had a rough time as a new mother in the middle of a pandemic. I had no support besides my husband and the occasional call with friends and family. The days faded into weeks and months and they all seemed to run together. I was doing all the things by myself after my husband went back to work 3 weeks after our daughter was born. I nursed her, looked after her, and worked 2 full-time jobs for a few months after she was born. I remember thinking to myself, "What on earth am I doing? This is not sustainable". Although I managed to do this for 5 months until we hired full-time help, I was exhausted both physically and emotionally and on the brink of burnout. I pushed myself past my limits and the chaos of everything began to build up and greatly affect my emotional state. I went back and assessed what I did wrong and created a plan to correct this so that I could reduce the level of chaos I was experiencing within my household and my mind. I created 7 simple steps or techniques to prevent me from returning to this same chaotic environment in the future.

After coaching so many women, I realized that there was a true need for these techniques and that I wasn't the only woman and mother that was constantly pushing herself to the brink of burnout. It became very apparent after my research and conversations that I needed to create something more concrete for women and specifically mothers to regain control over their lives and mental state, which can easily be lost after motherhood. This is why I created this course. I don't want any women experiencing what I experienced or worse. We are all strong and capable of handling great deals of responsibility however it is not just on us to do so. We have to share the workload, shift our mindets, create a plan and implement it with strong bondaries to ensure we don't position ourselves in a state of chaos and potential burnout. We are all capable of great things, but the only way we will be able to accomplish them is if we are not constantly overloading ourselves and creating more chaos for ourselves.
