Kyäni - Best thing I ever did
Kyäni - how did it help me?
I have been taking Kyäni for over 2 months now and I have completely changed. Definitely a change for the better as now I am able to do what I want. I really believe that Kyäni has helped me to get my life back to the way it used to be.
I live in Christchurch, New Zealand where we had many severe earthquakes in the years 2010 and 2011. The big one in 2011 completely destroyed our city. After that I became severely depressed. Depression really took a hold on me to the point where I didn't want to leave the house, let alone my room. That was a huge problem being a mum of four girls.
I could sleep for hours each day and the girls would come home from school to find me still asleep. I would get up to be with them but just couldn't bring myself to make dinner in which case then my husband had to do it when he got home form work. At midnight I went to bed but still managed to sleep through the night, then continue the same routine the next day. Honestly, I could have slept the day away had I been left to myself.
After taking Kyäni for just over a week I was able to give up the daytime nap routine. This has continued and I am now able to focus on a normal days' work which involves my photography. I'm so happy to be able to get back into that routine. I was completely worn out, scared to go out in case more earthquakes happened and so retired to my "safe place" which was my bedroom and sleep the day away. I missed photography.
Depression has lessened to the point I can now go out through the day and night and feel it has less of a grip on me as before. It was incredibly hard to do this before so I was practically homebound.
Now I'm super busy with my photography, I'm a Home Stay, Event Manager and now working at being a distributor for Kyäni and it's other half Fleuresse. I'm loving it. Finally feeling great again.
So for Kyäni has been a huge lifesaver.
