My son was just 2years when we rushed him to the hospital around 2am, we woke up to find him struggling to breath and he was lossing strength. At the hospital he was kept under observation while several test were taken after one week of admission he was diagnosed of tonsillitis, he was booked for an operation. It was tough to allow him go through operation at age especially when we learnt that the operation could alter his speech. We prayed and hoped there wouldn't be need for an surgery.
