As you were not a member of the original PCC 1.0 we welcome you into our new business model which will be launched very soon.
For security reasons, we cannot give too many details away at this point, but we now have in place about 20 individuals under legally binding, strict non-disclosure agreement so the only details that can be considered “official” will be communicated via Chris Buckley.
a) The new system is designed to be borderless, meaning people from most countries in the world can participate in this system. There will be a few exceptions due to local laws and regulations, but generally speaking, most countries listed will be open from the very beginning and others will be added in due course. If your country of choice is not available, your network can still register anyway, and help us to include that country in due course.b) All new members will initially have a free subion which is able to earn them bonuses, credits or benefits without having to spend any money at all. There will be upgraded membership, which requires a paid subion in order to qualify for significantly more valuable Car packages that include the use of a brand new car of choice, local fixed taxes and insurance for two years.
c) All participants, whether free or upgraded, will be automatically entered into a launch-prize-draw that gives them the possibility of winning a brand new Tesla or Lamborghini on the launch of the new system. Announcements about the prize draw will follow in due course along with the White Paper and system explainer.
d) Car Packages for upgraded members will be subject to placement in a matrix and qualification will depend on clearing numerical hurdles and transparent mathematically verifiable individual performance. Free members will remain mapped to the original sponsor, and added to the matrix only when they have upgraded, therefore capturing the rewards for the individual that first sponsored them, even as a free member.
e) Recruitment and referrals are often seen as a major hurdle for any new project. The new system will eliminate the need for sending personal “links” and yet it will be able to track new members and allocate them to the appropriate sponsor. Instead of chasing referrals, this system will require new prospects to ask for their sponsor’s details in order to proceed. All new members who join without a sponsor will be placed in a forced matrix, top to bottom, left to right in a 3x3 configuration.
f) Bloggers and so-called scam busters are usually very keen to trash any new project early in order to generate traffic for their own sites. Bearing this in mind, we are developing a system that works within a set of laws that enables us to generate the revenue necessary to offer the qualified car packages but without running into investment or crowd-funding regulations. The system is effectively a type of crowd-funding, but we will never need to debate this with anyone nor use that as a deion as our model will capture a small share in an existing revenue generating industry.
g) Tokenisation is the core strength of this system as it will have its own utility currency inside the system. This makes the system currency neutral to global FX fluctuations, and allows participation from a significantly wider audience. Early adopters will be offered the opportunity to participate in pre-ICO token sale. The token will not be an investment token. It will be a utility token based on the ERC223 platform which enables us to launch it in USA and other countries without having to register it as a security with the SEC. Details will follow in the white paper.
h) Our securities attorneys, legal counsel, program developers and crypto currency experts are all working hard to materialise this vision. The vision is to drastically reduce the cost of motoring for the average household and to free-up their budget towards achieving financial freedom. A qualifying Car package member will have spent only a fraction over the year and still achieve the privilege of driving a brand new car every two years, tax and insurance included. However, to help more people achieve this dream, we will offer a freeze option where a participant's progress can be frozen until they are able to resume payments towards their qualification, instead of being knocked out of the matrix.

All V2 pre-launch members will be offered equal opportunity, all V1 “founder members” will be given shared ownership. The ownership for this whole Car-Package system will be limited to “founder members” only, meaning, new world-wide members will not be able to claim any shares and the whole valuation will benefit our loyal supporters.
