What Is the Stream Power Up! Program?

One of the ways Stream helps make a difference in our community is through our Power Up! program. Our Power Up! program helps non-profit organizations and businesses earn commissions on energy sales to residential and commercial energy customers.

Currently, this program is available in all states where Stream energy services are available. The rest of our services will be eligible in the near future.

When a fundraising organization becomes a Power Up! Program participant, the organization receives personalized web site to enroll residential and commercial energy customers, as well as a set of complimentary sales collateral.

Signing up an Organization

Depending on the organization, there are different requirements for signing up:

Non-Profit Organizations*

A copy of the official notification from the Internal Revenue Service issuing the Federal Tax Identification Number.

A copy of the official notification from the IRS or Secretary of State designating non-profit status.

Letter of Designation from the organization authorizing one individual, who must be at least 18 year of age, to serve as the contact person for the organization’s Power Up! Program

Letter of Resolution from the organization authorizing the business to enter into the agreement with Stream.

Direct deposit set up

*NOTE: We do not accept Government Non-Profit Organizations.

For-Profit Organizations

A copy of the official notification from the Internal Revenue Service issuing the Federal Tax Identification Number.

A copy of the corporate Articles of Incorporation that has been filed and stamped by the Secretary of State in the state of the incorporation.

Letter of Designation from the organization authorizing one individual, who must be at least 18 year of age, to serve as the contact person for the organization’s Power Up! program.

Letter of Resolution from the organization authorizing the business to enter into the agreement with Stream.

Verification of Qualification (sent to the organization after sign up)

Direct deposit set up

Once all the required documents are in place, the organization must fax all the documents after signing up as a Power Up participant to 972-367-0912 or scan and email them to compliance@streamenergy.com
