Hello I am Rachel, from North east. Mum of two girls, My profession is a carer and have been in care just over 5 years now, I love my job, I find it so rewarding and no day is the same , I love making a difference to someones day, lets face it working with the vulnerable/ Elderly is challenging but at the end of that day I could be the only person who they have seen especially if they have no family that live local to them. When you are a carer you become like a family member to them, they look to you for comfort when they are sad, lonely, you hug them when they get upset when they start thinking about there past life or if they have recently suffer a bereavement ,you feel sad with them and maybe have a few tears yourself when they aren't looking, but during all that time you remain professional, compassionate. And it because I love being around people, I pondered to myself , what else could I do to help people? so I decided to join Avon as a Rep back in December 2019 and OMG I have gone from strength to strength and back in Feb 2020 I decided I wanted more from Avon so I became a sales leader. And then on the 23rd March 2020 we went into lockdown, and that was certainly away of helping people with there everyday essentials and helping people earn some money because they weren't able to work or worse still lost their jobs. So now I am building my team up slowly so I spend the time with my recruits ,to help them become as strong as I have. Since that day I have never looked back, best decision I have made in a long time. and currently you can join Avon for free, with free starter kit. I would love to help someone who wanted to become a rep within the UK and help them grow and achieve what they want from life. Or maybe you are someone who just loves to shop with Avon.
